Return/Exchange Period
・We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy starting from the date of delivery.
Return/Exchange Process
・To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via email (xinghonglssp@gmail.com) or WhatsApp (+86-19536401094); you may also reach out via online chat any time from Monday to Sunday.
・Once your request is approved, you will receive an email containing instructions on how to proceed.
・Please do not return items without contacting us first; unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
・Please pack the items securely according to the instructions in the email before shipping them back.
・We will process your refund or ship the replacement item after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
Ineligible for Return or Exchange
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
・Requests submitted more than 90 days after delivery
・Personalized or custom-made items (unless due to quality issues)
・Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or improper maintenance
・Items that have been worn, washed, or stained
・Incorrect size selected by the customer
・Requests based solely on a change of mind or personal preference
・Returning only part of a set

・Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

・If approved, we will process the refund immediately; the funds will be automatically returned to your credit card or original payment account within a few business days.
